Sandy Urbanski Photography which I love! She has awesome prices and is so sweet! This was also such a huge day because Thomas decided to not return to school in Kansas on that day. It was such a huge decision, but it's proven to be worth it! YAY for no more long distance!
My 19th birthday! I don't think I took more than 5 pictures, and I probably had 3 different birthday celebrations. Regardless, it was a pretty awesome birthday, especially because I was able to spend it with Thomas
A few weeks after Emily had her sweet baby girl Kate, we went out for sushi. Emily introduced me to Chaucer's, who has 3 rolls for $10 before 6pm, and on certain days at each Chaucer's location they have this special all day long. I've officially made Chaucer's my go-to sushi place!
March 2013! I started getting serious about my cross making! My business has really taken off, and I love being able to be crafty for others! Go check out my Etsy for all of my creations!
Early April 2013! I became a nanny to the cutest quadruplets on the face of the earth! I've loved being their nanny and am so lucky to have the opportunity to watch them grow! They have the most incredible family, follow their story and check out how awesome their "Quad Mom" is here!
April 5th, 2013! Thomas and I got tickets for opening day of the Ballpark! I'd like to say it was the picture perfect day... But a drunk woman fell on me, and I spent the 3rd-9th inning in first aid, and missed pretty much the entire game. But thanks to the amazing Rangers HR staff, we received some awesome goodies and free tickets to a future game!
May 2013! Our actual anniversary is May 14th, but to celebrate, Thomas surprised me with tickets to the Kenny Chesney No Shoes Nation Tour! It was amazing!
May 18th, 2013! Thomas' Birthday! We spent it at the ballpark, big shocker right? Due to my connects from the little injury I sustained on opening day, we scored some amazing seats and even got Thomas' name on the Birthday Board!
July 2013! Mexico with the family! It was our first big trip in a long time, and we definitely made it worth it!
Just after I returned from our river trip, I was able to meet my extreme long time friend (I'm talking best friend from kindergarten to like 6th grade) Angelica's sweet baby girl Evelynn!
September 2014! Thomas and I went down to Austin for our first UT game of the year!
Later in September! I was lucky enough to help my good friend Kaitlyn set up everything for her baby shower! I think she was easily one of the cutest pregnant girls ever!
October 2013! The Rangers wild card game... It was an awful game. But we were both happy to be there! The Rangers lost and did not advance to the playoffs, but it was a good season!
October 8th, 2013! Madison Skye was born! She is absolutely precious, and Kaitlyn is such a great mommy!
October 12th, 2013! Texas/ OU game! It was my first experience at a Red River Rivalry game, and it was certainly one I will never forget! It was blistering hot in the cotton bowl (I got a nice little sunburn to show for it), but the Longhorns came out strong, remained strong, and finished strong! It was such a crazy-wild-exciting game, and I can't wait for the next one!
November 2013! Eli Young Band House Party @ Rangers Ballpark. So many of our favorite Texas country bands at our favorite place! It was tons of fun!
November 16th, 2013! Our last Longhorn game of the season! We took a day trip to Austin, did some shopping, attended the game, and enjoyed the Formula 1 fan fest event! Although the game sucked, we made it an awesome day! Out by 6am, and home by midnight!
Black Friday! One of my favorite days of the year! My dear friend Leah and I ventured out and fought the crowds to come out on top with some awesome deals!
December 2013! ICEMAGEDON #2! The first one was back in 2012, and it was, in my opinion, much worse! Other than the fact that this storm screwed up so many of my friends' finals schedule, kept me from a few days of work, and knocked out our Internet and cable, we made it through!
Christmas 2013! I spent Christmas Day with Thomas' family enjoying presents, yummy food, and a fun trip to Vitruvian Park in Addison. December 26th, I spent the morning enjoying breakfast at my grandmothers house, and opening presents at our own house later that day! It was an awesome Christmas.
End of 2013! Thomas and I made our first big purchase together! We bought a TV! Apparently the weekend after Christmas is the best time of the year to buy a TV, so Thomas and I took full advantage of it! And the TV is HUGE! Although we haven't moved yet, we're starting to purchase stuff, and by stuff, I mean, just about everything we'll need for our future apartment!
2014 will be a year of HUGE changes, but I am more than ready to take the year on!
I hope everyone has a wonderful New Years Day, and an even better 2014!
