Work, school and crafts, OH MY!

School started, works still going, and for some strange reason, I decided to start all these new crafty projects! Go me, right?

But yes, yes I am still alive, despite my extreme lack for blogging. I have literally had maybe 3 days off in the last 3 weeks! And one of those days I was really sick. But nonetheless, I'm still kickin' ;)

School is going pretty great! I've managed to stay on top of my grades and classes from the get go this semester- something I had a hard time doing in the past. So, I'm very proud of myself in that aspect!

And of course... There's my crafts... Where would I be without them... Although I haven't had much time to craft lately, I've gotten a little bit in here and there

Heres some of the super cute fabrics I've bought to make headbands! I'll be selling my headbands for $3-$5! I've made a few so far, and they're adorable, and so comfy!
I also splurged a little a bought a new sewing machine! Which has proven so far to be totally worth it!
Some where in the mix, I randomly decided I needed a new desk... A desk that's 6 1/2 feet long! As Thomas said "It's bigger than You!" Yes.. it's a good 16 inches longer than I am, but its perfect to have some space for my crafts as well as some room for school work! I love it! Oh, and did I mention it's a goodwill find for $20? Yeah, it's pretty awesome!

And here's just a few snaps from my crazy life the past couple of weeks:
Nick & Sam's Grill's Captain Crunch French Toast w/ cinnamon whip creal! YUM!
Another Thomas quote about the french toast "I don't know what heaven is like, but I sure hope it's as amazing as this french toast!"
Central Market w/ The girls!
For any of my friends who follow the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, this picture needs no explaining. For those of you that don't, this is Jackie Bob, AKA, the greatest DCC to ever live. I was a little star struck when I saw her. So lame. but I got a picture!
Brooke (Almost 7 year old I nanny) started playing volleyball this week. I spent 4 hours the night before her first game perfecting these bows & she was so proud! I love seeing her happy!

I have the afternoon off today, which has been marvelous because I'm actually getting to catch up on some things! Tomorrow Thomas and I are off to Austin to spend some time with His sister Lauren & her boyfriend Matt and of course, for the UT/ Ole Miss game! And I have managed to put together the perfect outfit that might just get it's whole blog post of it's own (that's how perfect it is!). But for now, I'll sit at my nice long desk, make a few more burnt orange chevron headbands and relax!

I hope everyone has an awesome weekend!
